In defense of the cop, I don’t know how I would react if I was all alone fighting with someone that I knew had at least one gun and ended up on the ground with the other person still standing. It does seem as though the guy was running away but it was dark, lights were flashing, and the guy could have had another gun and could take a shot on the run not even looking at the cop. I believe the cop was scared for his life. Why is there no body cam. Oh, a lot of cops hate white people. My ex wife’s father was a cop. He would always think it was funny when he said “I’m not racist, I hate everyone!” I would never laugh. He finally got arrested for beating his wife and drinking and driving. Of course he had been suspended momentarily in his younger years for his pill addiction. “Live for Life” should be the campaign motto for all cameras being live at all times while on duty.
